Ahoy hoyDate: 14/05/2004 Pah on the emergency list again for footy this week  (oh well, bodes well for getting most improved for next year then  ) At least I will be bloody fit by the end of the year if I keep up the training 
For a change of pace, I got around to practicing basketball on Thursday (apparently the reserves don't need to train on Thursday  ). I hadn't played in about two months, so it was good to get out there and shot around. I managed to hit 16 free throws in a row at one point
I'm watching Matrix Reloaded, which I like! But seriously whoever designed the mech warriors should be shot. No protection in front of the operator (hello shrapnel from sentinals exploding/stray bullets) plus the bullets detach from the gun when the weapons are taken offline (watch the early scene with the mech gaurding door 3). That can't the smartest thing to do if they need to suddenly fire again - how do they get the bullets attached again?
Also on the Matrix - would it have killed the Wachowski Brothers to have included a directors commentary on the DVDs?? It might have made people understand more what they were thinking! Mind you the fact that Larry is apparently getting a sex change might explain a lot anyway
