Bring on the long weekend!Date: 14/04/2006 I now have some time to get some of those things I need to do done.
The house is clean.
Balmain Football Club website is now up to date.
Setup a forum.
The only thing left is to rebuild my site, hopefully that will be done by the end of the weekend.
I now realise I might play too much sport. I have to the following equipment at home:
Aussie rules gear.
Cricket gear.
Basketball gear.
Tennis gear.
Indoor climbing gear.
Swimming gear.
Cycling gear.
Soccer gear.
Scuba gear.
Golf gear.
I have finished two of my assignments now for this semester and I managed to score 73% on my first assignment! I have no idea how but I'm not going to complain
I played footy last weekend down in Wollongong (yay for not having enough people ). I got a kick and a few handballs but it won't appear on my highlight reel anytime soon. I had one ball come at me and just before me bounce about a metre to the right to go for a goal (I couldn't find a hole big enough to hide in even though there was nothing I could do to stop it - stupid mis-shapen ball).
I have been playing tennis too. It has been fun trying to remember how to play after not playing for about eight years. My serve is still very erratic but I have developed a rather mean swinging serve (it was moving about half a metre ) but my second serve still sucks. I move like a gazelle around the court - a wounded gazelle, but a gazelle none the less
I also went for a trip to the Gold Coast last week (as one does!). Have to love when friends suggest going up to the Gold Coast to go to amusement parks I got to go to Movieworld and Dreamworld (Movieworld was better just because there were less people so I could go on more rides! Yes, it is all about me ). Got to catch up with my brother too so that was a bonus.
Anyways, it is late and I need my beauty sleep
Later,
Steve
PS
This image seems to have found its way onto a NIN fan site - I feel special (297 hits from the site since the start of the month)
