My karma must be excellent!Date: 05/09/2002 I gave blood tonight!! I'm such a good little boy  But as usual I had to make it into a competition - I managed to drain 470ml in 7:06 (I rule!!!) The best bit was the no exercise for 24 hours, which lasted all of 15 minutes before I proceeded to ride home! 
I'm a tad pissed off with Amazon.com!! I brought some presents for a friend from there. It was shipped on the 4th of September with two day postage, guess when the estimated time of arrival is?? Thats right the 11th of September!!! WTF!!! How does 4+2=11??? This isn't helped by the fact her birthday is on the 6th!! (btw happy birthday Mel!!) Bastards!!! >
The advertising for the 11/9 rememberance is getting a bit annoying. Yes it was a terrible event but is there any need to make it so commerical - its not like we don't know what the days means!!
And while I'm complaining - I'm watching mutant X on TV (I really should know better!!!) They have just had a bit where someone has messed up the wall street database and they are setting about trying to fix it! Hello!! Have you ever heard of a backup?? I'm sure wall street would be backed up quite often incase this happened. Anyway maybe its just the geek in me coming out but it just seemed really dumb to me!
OK, enough whinging now! On a different note I managed to actually wear my legs out before my heart at the gym last night (first time it has ever happened!!) I was feeling like death but my heart was only getting to the mid 160's (not the high 170's/low 180's).
I have also been riding to work for the last 5 days and been riding 6 of the last 7 (look out tour de france  )
Anyway enough of my rambling (and useless stats I realise while doing things!)
