I just so damn happy!Date: 05/10/2002 <cryptic>
No, the hayfever didn't play up thanks guru (but you were right about the possible causes! God that sucks having to admit that )

I just sooo happy today (and completely exhausted! I've only had four hours sleep and have been out riding around Sydney - 45 kilometres today so far!)
I have completed one of my New Years Resolutions - My weight is now down to 94 kilograms (down 15 from the start of the year!). I'm on target for 90kg at the end of the year
I have spent my week working and exercising as normal - mind you the exercise level has jumped a notch. I have been getting up at 5am to go for rides to La Parouse on Tuesday and Thursday. I will have done about 200 kilometres this week! I have also developed an unnatural connection with my bike - I have been on it 13 of the last 14 days!!
I have also managed to kill my legs - between gym Wednesday night and riding Thursday morning they were stuffed - and they still haven't come back to their best (Marika was beating me up hills!! Just ask her, she will gladly tell you )
I survived the rugby! It wasn't pretty this week (lucky there are no spectators otherwise they would be demanding their money back!) I got one try (when the score was 3-3 at full time I don't feel that bad) I had another chance to score but after running as fast as I could to escape the opposition (a personal trainer at the gym no less!) I managed to fumble the ball just as I got to the line (I was clear too! Arggghhhhh)
Later,
Steve
