I was the turkey!Date: 15/04/2003 It was me!!! I was the turkey
I think that is the most important thing that can be said For those that don't know, there is a new Invader Zim episode out on the web ("Backseat drivers from beyond the stars" for those that are looking for it)
One of the good things about not updating in a while is that I actually have stuff to say (it is a change huh?)
First thing - A big bitchslap to Taco Bell! How dare you take chicken tacos off the menu, they tasted great Oh well, I guess its back to subway for my take away needs (especially as the chicken boritos should be classified as weapons of mass destruction - they are that bad!)
I finally got my bike fixed last week I had destroyed the bottom bracket on the bike (glad to know that noise it was making wasn't a good thing!). With the bike fixed, it meant I could go for another ride up in the Blue Mountains with Marika et al. It was a really nice ride with a beautiful lookout at the halfway mark (photos to come eventually as always ). The track was all bumpy so it meant I could have lots of fun getting huge amounts ot air on the bike (You'll be surprised how far they can jump when you hit a water ridge at 40km/h) I was even having fun jumping between rocks on the road.
The only downsides are that I have buckled my back wheel more than it already was and the cold I have had recently hasn't gone fully as I can feel it when I have been exercising for about 5 minutes
In really good news, it is now less than a month until the next Matrix movie is out (in the US at least so it will be on the internet about 10 seconds later ) I downloaded the latest trailer for it and all I can say is wow! And that is without sound!!!
From the ummm-I'm-not-sure department, for work I have a new laptop to play with. This is good as it means I can stop worring about re-installing my home computer but its bad as I will be expect to do more work at home after hours
And in other work news, I have worked 31 hours in the last two days!!! Thank heavens we have two long weekends in a row here (good luck to anyone from work getting hold of me during this time!!)
And finally - I have to admit I have a problem. I like the Justin Timberlake ablum (I really didn't want to, it just happened)
Anyway, beddie byes time (well once West Wing is over)
Later,
Steve
