Blockbuster VideoIt was bad enough that Video Ezy act like a bunch of asshats, but now Blockbuster is being as bad!
I actually went into the store in Ultimo on the weekend to see what I needed to apply for a membership. Fine, it is a photo ID, a bill proving your address and a credit card. I have all of these so I should be fine ...
Should be!
So Monday I turn up with all these and guess what? Thats right, I don't live around Ultimo so I can't get a membership there. It doesn't matter that I work 1.5 blocks from the store. I need a bill proving I work where I do. Not exactly easy when I'm not on any of the freaking bills!
It would have been nice if they had of had this information on the sign explaining this little policy of theirs  So now I will continue to buy DVD's and lend them to friends in the hope that they won't hire them from Blockbuster or Video Ezy.
Anyway because of this I'm now out to piss them off too. When I'm bored enough I will create a fabricated letter saying where I work (when I can find a number in a street not being used  ). I will then go and get my membership (but not use it).
So a big fuck you to Blockbuster!
